Beskrivelse

The One Finger Trainer was designed to efficiently train one hand - right after the other - in a way that no traditional fingerboard can do.

How it works:

The One finger Trainer hangs up on one rope

By keeping the board horizontal while training, you can maximize the efficiency and achieve the best results from your workout

By changing the position of the rope, you can increase the strength needed in one hand (and decrease the strength needed in the other)

Move the rope away from the center to gradually increase the difficulty of hanging on the One Finger Trainer

Benefits:

Gradually increase and monitor your strength!

The pegs give you immediate feedback on your progress day-to-day!

No crimp, sloper or jug will be left unchallenged

14/ 20mm crimps, 4/2/1 finger pockets,  28° resin sloper

Train Anywhere!

It's easy to bring the One Finger Trainer to the gym, crag, park, or even a friend's house!

Sustainability:

The rubberwood we use for these products is from a completely sustainable source! Currently, rubber plantation trees are harvested for wood after they complete the latex producing cycle, when they are 25 to 30 years old.

When the latex yields become extremely low, the trees are then felled, and new trees are usually planted. This makes rubberwood 'eco-friendly' because the wood is harvested from a renewable source.

One Finger Trainer Includes:

One finger trainer

1 rope + rope length adjuster + plasic part to keep the rope in place

Dorset has emerged as a major bouldering area in recent years thanks to the hard work of a bunch of diligent locals who have combed the coastline seeking out every block, problem and traverse. Chief amongst these developers has been Ben Stokes who has documented the developments in two popular Rockfax PDF MiniGuides. Ben put everything together into a much larger Rockfax book, adding loads of new areas and expanding the existing coverage.

The cliffs along the sunny Côte d’Azur, and area just inland, offer some of the best sport climbing found anywhere. The most famous venue is the magnificent Verdon Gorge with it walls of perfect limestone but this is only one of many great crags in the area. To the west is the beautiful Calanques with its amazing landscape, plus the spectacular Sainte Victoire. There are some great venues around Toulon, the sunniest city in France, plus there is the popular winter venue of Chateauvert and the less well known Esterel and Chateaudouble areas. Add in Saint Jeannet, Gorges du Loup and a selection of cliffs in the Nice area and you begin to see what an amazing amount of climbing the area has to offer.

This Clwyd Limestone Rockfax covers virtually all of the sport and trad climbing available in and around the Clwydian hills as well as the very best trad and sport climbs at the outlying Pandy Outcrop, Llanymynech Quarry and Pontesford Rocks. The book builds on the previous Clwyd Limestone Rockfax published in 2005 with many more routes, bigger topos and more crags. It covers a wide grade span in both the trad and sport styles and has something to entice the vast majority of climbers of all abilities.

You want to use your hammock in cold weather? The Underquilt provides you and your ultra-light hammock with the perfect insulation from below thanks to the hollow fibre filling.

With its two coasts and a wild expanse of moorland, Devon is home to some of the most varied bouldering in the United Kingdom. Over the last 25 years the region has gradually been developed, mostly by dedicated local climbers and some devoted visitors. The result is a veritable smorgasbord of problems that cater for everyone from beginner to world class on rock types including granite, limestone, schist, sandstone… and other weird stuff. Whether you’re a seasoned local or a visitor looking for a family holiday destination with bouldering options, this guide includes over 2300 boulder problems on around 500 pages to choose from, covering the coasts, Dartmoor, inland Devon plus Tintagel and a few other gems just outside of the county.

Built for long tours in the backcountry, the Dawn Patrol Hybrid Shell combines our protective BD.Dry™ laminated waterproof breathable solution with an air permeable softshell fabric in key placements, giving you the freedom to wear it on the uphill, and keep it on for the downhill shred.

Newly designed ultra light dry bag constructed with 30D Cordura fabric. Magnetic Closure better seal the opening than traditional closure. Extremely light weight but durable enough.
