Tensoplast Sport har høy langsgående elastisitet, opp mot 50%. Tapen har vevde kanter for minst mulig oppbygging. Det gjør at den heller ikke har så lett for ”å vrenges av” hælen ved bevegelse i skoen. Tapen er av 100% bomull med lateksfritt lim.
